What you can expect from ESG

  • Accurate, current information about courses, fees, duration and outcomes before you enrol
  • Training and assessment that meets the Standards for RTOs
  • Qualifications and statements of attainment issued for units you complete successfully
  • Fair handling of complaints and appeals at no cost
  • Protection of your personal information

What we will not do

ESG does not guarantee successful completion, employment, salary, licensing or migration outcomes, and does not make comparative claims about other providers. If any ESG material suggests otherwise, tell us and we will correct it.

If ESG cannot deliver

If ESG is unable to deliver training you have paid for, we will arrange an alternative or refund the affected fees in line with the Fees and refunds policy.

External avenues

You can raise concerns with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), with the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or under Australian Consumer Law. Using an external avenue does not affect your right to have your complaint handled by ESG.
