How ESG collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information.
What we collect
ESG collects personal information needed to deliver training and services: your contact details, Unique Student Identifier, prior education, employment details, assessment records, and where relevant, information about support needs or adjustments.
Why we collect it
- To enrol you and deliver training and assessment
- To issue qualifications and statements of attainment
- To meet our reporting obligations as an RTO
- To respond to your enquiry
- To manage placements and contracted services
Who we disclose it to
ESG discloses personal information where required by law or by our obligations as an RTO, including to the Australian Skills Quality Authority, the USI Registrar, and state or federal training authorities. Where you are placed on a client site, we disclose the credentials that site requires. We do not sell personal information.
Access and correction
You can request access to the personal information ESG holds about you, and ask us to correct it, by contacting info@emergsg.com.
Complaints about privacy
If you believe ESG has mishandled your personal information, lodge a complaint. See Complaints and appeals. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
