Fees and refunds
What training costs, when it is payable, and the conditions under which fees are refunded.
Course fees
Fees for each qualification, skill set and unit are published on the relevant course page and in the Schedule of Fees. Current fee schedule to be supplied by ESG.
What fees cover
- Training and assessment for the units in your enrolment
- Learning materials and assessment tools
- Issuance of your qualification or statement of attainment
- Access to learner support services
Additional charges
Re-assessment, replacement certificate, RPL and late payment charges to be confirmed by ESG.
Payment terms
Payment terms, deposits and instalment arrangements to be confirmed by ESG. ESG does not collect more than $1,500 in prepaid fees from an individual learner at any time.
Refunds
- Where ESG cancels or is unable to deliver training, affected fees are refunded in full.
- Where a learner withdraws, the refund depends on how much notice is given before the course start date.
- Refund requests are made in writing to info@emergsg.com.
- A refund decision can be appealed. See Complaints and appeals.
